MaryAnn’s credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and 10 years experience in the hi-tech industry to compliment her working knowledge of real estate. MaryAnn has also been a business entrepreneur as the past founder and president of Magnificent Minds Learning Store, Inc. She has also held the position of vice chairperson for the Ashe County Child Care Resource and Referral Advisory Committee and was an active member of that committee for three years. MaryAnn has held the past position of Director of the Religious Youth Classes at Saint Francis of Assisi Church. MaryAnn also held position of Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Chestnut Creek Property Owners Association for 2007/2008.

On a personal note, MaryAnn is married to a wonderfully supportive husband and is a mother of three children, Thomas age 16, Dustin age 15, and Meghann age 13.
